Star-Spangled Banner Vest. DIY

Supplies: denim vest
Flag/ fabric

DIY:
Just as it looks. Pin flag to back of vest. Top stitch by hand or machine...The flag you can find anywhere this time of year for around $1. The firm fabric is perfect for denim shorts too. Just swap the flag for fabric like this post here.

  6. TOTALLY cool jacket I really like it!
But; if you are going to use the US flag; you may want to make sure it is mounted correctly. Ettiquette dictates that the blue field should be on the left.

  7. TOTALLY cool jacket! Straight out of "Easy Rider" the movie.
As a side note; your flag is on backwards. (Unless you took the picture in a mirror)
Whenever you display the American flag in this fashion the blue field should be on the
left. (Over your heart as you looking at it)
