Could you provide a little more information on how you did the waist? and maybe also the neck tie? Did you use the sleeves for that?
the waist and shorts were sewn together. I made the top extra loose to fold over. The strip was made from the sleeves. Hard to explain everything I do through pictures...just wanted inspire this one...
