Bermuda

I love traveling to beautiful places, it always inspires me for future projects, especially during a creative slump. The scenery, colors, and local style is just a few things I look for.

DIY silk bowls I learned to make by one of the locals. She was 80 years old and gave me about a 5 hour lesson on dressmaking. I can't wait to share new projects with everyone.

Lovely scenery for a photo shoot. Made this upcycled cardigan for Cloth magazine dawning a portrait of Central Park.

These were all photos from my instagram, so if you want to see more follow me @trashtocouture.

    1. Terri,
It was my favorite trip to date. The friendliest people and loveliest views. Do you know Nedra Cook? She is a well known seamstress out there and the one who taught me some new skills.
